The passing of Robert Ligah Hollon of Winchester, Kentucky, born in Clay City, Kentucky leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on February 18, 2025 at the age of 72. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eligah Hollon and Vadie Virginia Rogers Hollon. He is survived by: his sons, Aaron Hollon (Baylee) of Beattyville and Alex Hollon (Brittney) of Vincent, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kenlee, Waylon, Silas, Aggie Ann and Tripp; his sisters, Cindy Piersall of Stanton, Kentucky and Ivy Morton of Stanton, Kentucky; and his pet Harley. He is also survived by other relatives and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Newnam Funeral Home Chapel (108 Center St, Beattyville, KY 41311). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Ages Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to The Fallen Linemen Organization or the Shriner's Hospital.
