He is survived by: his children, Jessica Jozefowicz (Michael), Christopher Michael Hickey (Cyndi) and Melanie York Lukasavage; his grandchildren, Ryan Logan Jozefowicz, Chase Newsome, Jullian Dulje and Jayden Dulje; his great grandchildren, Cadence Stidham and Waverly Newsome; his parents-in-law, Betty and Charlie Oliver; his siblings, Michael Chism (Teresa) and Lisha Chism Barnes (Steve); his nieces, Tabitha "Wabbit" Chism, Sara Leslie Clark and Nicki Wilder; his nephew Zachary Stanfield; and his close friend Charles "Charlie" Stamper. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
