He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Thomas and Effie Marie Walters Booth; and his sister Ayra Sue Booth. He is survived by: his wife Linda Bernice Wells Booth; his son Robert Michael Booth (Melanie Carol); and his grandchildren, Ryan Michael Booth and Rachel Ann Booth.
