He is survived by: his children, Barbara Moore (Freddie), Robert Clay Perkins II and Tina White; his stepson Eric Sparks; his grandchildren, Krystal Berryman, Cody Perkins, Wesley Perkins, Lorrie Moore, Makala White and Haley Duggins; and his brother Jerry Perkins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
