He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Harvey LaFountain Sr. and Shirley Ruth LaFountain (Wright). He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his daughters, Kimberly LaFountain [Michael Dukes], Jaclyn Hale [Alex] and Samantha Rennekamp [David]; his grandson Roland Jack Richard Hale; and his siblings, Gloria, Lowell, Robert and Ronald. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
