He was predeceased by: his father Dallas Patton; and his great-niece Hadleigh Jean. He is survived by: his mother Imogene Chism Patton; his daughter Brooklyn Stamper; his sisters, Cindy Calvert (Robert), Jennifer Krantz and Ramye Sparks; his nieces and nephews, Ashley Means (Brandon), Felicia Oesterling, Nathaniel Oesterling, Dakota Calvert (Allison), Hannah Sparks and David Sparks, Jr.; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isabella Caudill, Brooklyn, Sophia Calvert-Wells, Makenna Jarrett, Makynzie Means, Xavier King and Eli Sparks; and his cousin Christy Patton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles.
