He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Segura; and his children, Debra Ann Reynolds, Raymond Jesse Segura Jr., John Segura and Eugene Segura (Peggy). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and eight great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
