He was predeceased by: his father Danford Payton. He is survived by: his sons, Randall Tyler Neil Payton and Chad Daniel Payton; and his siblings, Janet L. Hobbs, Leonard Erwin Payton and Ronnie Lane Payton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
