She was predeceased by: her parents, Courtney Varner and Bessie Katherine Osborne Varner; her husband Linville C. Case; her sister Bonnie J. Adams; her brother-in-law Fonso Smallwood; and her caregiver Margie L. Case.
She is survived by: her children, Vicki Hensley (Johnny), Shari Thomas (Ronnie) and Gary C. Case; and her siblings, Eddie Flinchum (Cathy), Danny Flinchum (Tina) and Betty Jo Smallwood. She is also survived by grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Clarmont Memorial Gardens (3000 Mt Sterling Rd, Winchester, KY 40391).
