He was predeceased by: his parent Marvin McLemore (Gene). He is survived by: his parent Grace Chambers McLemore; his wife Patti Haggard McLemore; his children, Shawna McLemore Lucas (Darrell) and Paul Douglas McLemore II (Mary Ellen); his grandchildren, Mason Tyler McLemore, Lilly Anna McLemore, Shelby Elizabeth Lucas, Jaxon Scott Lucas and Kimbrell Rose McLemore; his siblings, David McLemore (Linda) and Jeanne Crowe (Dallis); and his grandfather John Rose Chambers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his honor to Glen Eden Youth Center, 2150 Mina Station Road, Winchester, KY 40391.
