Paul Allen Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2025, at the age of 74, Paul Allen of Winchester, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Paul leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Paul may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Lisle and Susie Allen; and his sisters, Elizabeth Green and Phyllis Blanton. He is survived by: his children, Paul Allen, Jr. (Isreal) and Andrea Long (Don) of Lexington, KY; his siblings, Joseph Allen (Shannon) of Winchester, KY and Susie B. Hooten (Mollie Green) of Winchester, KY; his close friend Dana Suber; and his caregiver Duwayne Taylor. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (37 N Highland St, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
