He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitt Proctor and Ella Mae Proctor; and his sisters, Lorain McCuddy (Roger) and Doris Jackson (Bob). He is survived by: his daughter Mitzi Keller (Billy); his brother Wendell Proctor (Ramona); his grandchildren, Ryan Keller (Amanda) and Derik Keller (Nicole); and his great grandchildren, Sydney and Harper Keller. He is also survived by several sister in-laws and brother-in-laws and nieces and nephews.
