He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walter and Bernice Elizabeth Hendricks-Gullett; and his brothers, William Larry and Roger Dale Gullett. He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Elizabeth Johnson (Alvin) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Pamela E. Bullock (Emery Duane) of Winchester, KY; and his sister Faye Bugg of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, several extended family members and friends.
