She is survived by: her parent Cynthia Pittman Black; her children, Johnny Alben Tackett of Winchester and Debra Lynn Sleightholm (James) of Winchester; her granddaughters, Sara Maxine Sleightholm and Amanda Grace Sleightholm; her sisters, Mildred Young (Joseph) of Dayton, Christine Howard of Somerset and Wilma Jean Young of Loveland; and her half-sister Kaye Timmerman of Nebraska.
