She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Goff and Mary Morton Goff (Bill Field). She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Field of Bourbon County and Carolyn Stansberry (Gary) of Clark County; her grandchildren, Charles Schweitzer and Lindsey Cunningham (Joel); and her great grandchildren, Carly Schweitzer, Beckham Cunningham and Blakely Cunningham.
