He is survived by: his wife Kathy Puckett Banks; his daughters, Sharon Wells (Ronnie), Toshia Rose (B. J.) and Michelle Hager; his stepson Marcus Puckett (Christy); and his brothers, Melvin Banks and John Banks (Penny). He is also survived by many grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
