He is survived by: his wife Amber Mullins; his mother Shelby Jean Ashley Mullins; his children, Rachel Mullins Mayes (Jimbo), Marcus Mullins (Davia Stevenson) and Hayley Mullins (Joshua Bryan); his grandchildren, Elijah Karnes, Ethan Karnes and Veronica Mayes; and his sisters, Robin Garrard (Chester) and Vickie Swim.
