He is survived by: his stepfather Kenneth Sparks; and his sisters, Judy Lites (Wayne) of Georgia, Jean Martin (Jerry) of Winchester and Tammy Fugate (Andre) of Winchester. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
