She is survived by: her daughter Anita; her son-in-law Norm Bush; her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Paul Merritt; her son Seth; her daughters-in-law, Sandra McCuddy and Jamie McCuddy; her grandchildren, Joshua Paul McCuddy (Allison), Daniel Scott McCuddy (Samantha), Mathew James McCuddy (Heather), Shelby Thomas McCuddy (Jackie), William Travis McCuddy and Emily Merritt Lawless (Jay); her great grandchildren, Anna Katherine, Gabriel, Logan, Sophia, Asher, Pearse, Charlotte, Ireland, Celtic, Violet and Alexander; her brothers, Eugene and Bill Shumate (Amy); her sisters-in-law, Juanita Patrick and Delores Stamper; and her caregivers, Cleona, Kathy B., Caitlyn, Linda B., Mary and Rebecca. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
