She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Y. Shelton and Gladys Johnson Shelton. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Lee Slone; her children, Greg Hopkins (Jamie), Kevin Hopkins (Tammy), Ronald L. Slone II (LuCretia) and Christie Slone; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hopkins Brock (RD), Alex Gonyer (Allen), Ashton Maze (Tyler) and Erica Jones (Clint); and her great grandchildren, Kinsley Williams, Elliott Kate Brock and Owen Gonyer. She is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Leon Pace Memorial Chapel. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
