It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Bailey of Winchester, Kentucky, born in Hazard, Kentucky, who passed away on January 29, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Couch and Gladys Childers Couch; her daughter Sandra Joann Fugate; and her siblings, Jesse Couch Jr., Joyce Adams, Bessie Slusher, Ed Couch, Willard Johnson and Mildred Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Robbie Bailey; her children, Cindy Fugate (Sam) and Troy Fugate; her sister Blanche Johnson (Curt); and her grandchildren, Cindy Fugate, Joshua James Fugate, Curtis Elvin Fugate, Ashley Nicole Fugate, Samuel Steven Richie, Troy Dustin Fugate, Trevor Fugate, Kayla Wooten, Alexandria Paige Fugate and Austin Lee Fugate Host. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
