He was predeceased by: his parents, Link Rowland and Rebecca Conner Rowland; and his wife Judy Woosley Conner. He is survived by: his sons, Jarrod Heath Conner and Gary Wayne Conner (Ethelann); his grandchildren, Adam Conner, Joel Conner (Megan) and Amanda Conner; his great grandchildren, Graham Conner and Ezra Conner; and his siblings, Melvin Rowland (Betty), Clay Rowland (Ann), Oliver Rowland (Diane), Mary Smith and Hazel Bush. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
