He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnie Case and Katie Bailey Case; and his siblings, David G. Case, Wyoma Estes, James Case and Charlene Miller.
He is survived by: his former wife Peggy Flinchum; his children, Vickie Hensley (Johnny), Shari Thomas (Ronnie), Gary Case, Jennifer Lynn Combs (Rob) and Jonathan Logan Case (Sherri); and his siblings, Calvin Case (Emma), Rodney Case (Vickie), Margie Case, Thelma Farmer (Buddy) and Mavis Holland. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
