Linda Parker Short Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 4, 2025, at the age of 66, Linda Parker Short (Winchester, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Linda Parker may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Linda Parker touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Parker and Junnie Parker. She is survived by: her significant other Kenneth F. Howard; her sons, Howard Short (Elizabeth) and Billy Short (Tara); and her grandchildren, Xavier Short, Kaitlyn Short and Dylan Short. She is also survived by nine siblings; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Leon Pace Memorial Chapel. A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
