It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Shortridge (Winchester, Kentucky), who passed away on September 9, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Leonard C. B. Shortridge; his siblings, Brenda Adams and Larry Shortridge; and his niece Angela Adams. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Shortridge; his mother Louise Adams; his children, Stephanie Rice (Bobby), Paul David Shortridge (Stacy) and Leonard Shortridge III (December); his grandchildren, Dustin Rice, Steven Rice, Nick Rice, Mason Shortridge, Logan Shortridge, Cameron Shortridge, Adyson Shortridge and Emersyn Shortridge; and his siblings, Donna McNutt (Jerald) and Fred Shortridge (Sandy).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice East, 407 Shoppers Drive or Central Baptist Church, 101 West Lexington Avenue.
