She was predeceased by: her brothers, Foy Mullins and Benjamin Mullins; and her brother-in-law Charles Puckett. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Caudill; her siblings, George Mullins (Ruth) of Lexington, Everett Mullins (Connie) of Lancaster, Roy Michael Mullins of Virginia, Wanda Cheek (James) of Virginia, Devona Puckett of Harrodsburg and Wilma Watts (Henry) of Winchester; and her grandchildren, Wayne Caudill, Cheyenne Caudill and Emily Caudill.
