She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Spivey and Bonnie Canter Spivey; and her son Steve Eugene Caudill. She is survived by: her husband Clay Snowden Caudill; her children, Pam Winebrenner (Kevin), Susan Crowe (Dorsey) and James C. Caudill (Judy); and her siblings, Troy Spivey (Polly), Audrey Puckett (Frank), Nancy Basham and Glenn Spivey (Judy). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
