He is survived by: his wife Phyllis "Thacker" Kendrick; his daughters, Melanie Johnson of Winchester, KY, Kristen Martin of Winchester, KY and Lara Herrera of Winchester, KY; his siblings, Anna Gail Hall, Brenda Adams, Gary, Ronald and Randy Kendrick; and his grandchildren, Tanner Moore, Blake Hall and Silvia Herrera.
