He is survived by: his stepson Christopher McCullough; his sister Ann Helton (George); his nieces and nephews, Cindi Carman (Mark), Sarah Helton, Janel Turley-Garner (Jaime), Adrienne Leathers (Chris), Brandon, Patrick and Zander; his father-in-law Jim McCullough; his siblings-in-law, Pam McCullough (Steve Hope) and Bob Turley (Debbie); his friend David Jordan; his nieces and nephews, Sebastian, Croix, Maggie, Chloe and Brielle; his close friends, Ruthie Ward and Greg Ward; and also, Amy Meyer, Kelly Monnin and Jasmine Walker.
