He is survived by: his daughters, Rhiannon Rose (Tyler) of Lexington, Kentucky and Willow Spencer of Lexington, Kentucky; his stepmother Barbara Nickell Spencer of Campton, Kentucky; his brothers, Edwin Ray Spencer of Lexington and Michael Lynn Spencer (Judy) of Campton, Kentucky; and also Crystal Shawn Spencer Mitchell (Bobby) of Irvine, Kentucky..
