He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gifford Ragland and Eunice Hundley Ragland; his daughters, Tonya Willoughby (Greg) and Andrea Graves (Chip); his grandchildren, Candace Elliott, Felicia Willoughby, Laura Shay Graves, Julia Graves and Daniel Graves; and his great grandchildren, Elijah and Camden Elliott. He was also cherished by several extended family members and countless friends.
