He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Jones and Lois Smyth Jones. He is survived by: his sister Terry Sue Jones Coulter (Ron) of Clark Co; his nephew James Todd Shofner (Jennifer) of Florence; his niece Nikki Shofner Moore (Kevin) of Clark Co; his great-nephews, Jacob Tate Shofner, Jonah Todd Shofner and Kevin Maxwell Moore; and his great-niece Samantha Nicole Moore. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Ephesus Baptist Church, 500 Stoner-Ephesus Road, Winchester, KY 40391.
