He was predeceased by: his father Benjamin Taylor Watts, Jr.; and his brother Earl David Watts, Sr. (Kenneth). He is survived by: his brothers, Chuck Watts (Kathy), Joe Watts and Vernon Watts (Sandy); his sister-in-law Suzanne Watts; and his nieces and nephews, David of Tony, BJ, Josh, Kelly and Earl Watts, Jr.. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
