He was predeceased by: his parents, Ova Lee and Kathleen Horsley (Bruner). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Nash Horsley; his children, Bobbie Crace (Roger) of Winchester, KY and Darrell Horsley (Marcia) of Catlettsburg, KY; his sister Shelia Taul (Steve) of Glen Dean, KY; and his grandchildren, Kristin Horsley, Tayler Lowe Jacques (Ernst) and Emily Crace. He is also survived by several Nieces & Nephews.
