Kelly Stamper Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kelly Stamper of Winchester, Kentucky, who passed away on January 19, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Newton Stamper. He is survived by: his wife Leona Watson Stamper; his daughter Deborah Graham (Chuck); his grandchildren, Jason Ware (Tiffany) and Kellie Stephens (Logan); and his great grandchildren, Kollyn Ware and Khalyla Ware. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, sisters, and brother-in-laws.
