It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Morgan (Winchester, Kentucky), who passed away on February 3, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Morgan and Jessie Morgan; and his siblings, Linda Morgan Estill and Richard Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Janice Evans Morgan; his daughters, Carol Lynn Tsiboukas and Kellie Renee Bullock; his grandchildren, Hannah Bullock and Andrew Kelly Tsiboukas; his sons-in-law, Ted Tsiboukas and Pat Bullock; his brother Russell; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Evans.
