She is survived by: her husband Donnie Booth; her children, Garl Booth (Janice), Steven Booth (Robin Reece) and Donna Maze (Brandon); her siblings, Frances Walters and William "Billy" Walters; and her friend Anita Bridges. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of her courageous battle with a brutal disease.
