She was predeceased by: her husband Forest Ray Abney; and her foster parents, Henry Allen and Ruby Miles Allen. She is survived by: her children, Michael Ray Abney of Winchester, KY, Bryan Abney of San Francisco, CA, Rita Johnson (Carl) of Indiana and Kimberley Abney of Oxford, OH; and her sisters, Shirley Allen Hensley, Iris VanWagner Muia, Violet VanWagner Escobar and Gail Allen Gillette. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
