He was predeceased by: his father David A. Banks. He is survived by: his mother Sue Ellen Banks (Stanfield); his siblings, Joseph Melton (Amy) and Suzann White (Michael); his nieces, Ashley Melton and Sarah Melton; and his nephew James White. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, & cousins.
