He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Spicer and Ocea Spicer. He is survived by: his children, Johnny Spicer II and Vicki Barney; his stepchildren, Eddie Slone, Traci Elliott and Darrelene'Tweetie'Robinson; his grandchildren, Thomas Barney, James Barney, Dalton Boles, Dalaney Boles, Addison Boles, Mya Slone and Trudy Hare; and his siblings, Ronnie Spicer, Paul Spicer, Virginia Castle and Barbara Estes (David). He is also survived by two great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews.
