He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Shumate and Francis Bailey Shumate. He is survived by: his children, Bill Clark (Debbie) and Debbie Clark Lowe; his grandchildren, Marcus Brandon Clark Brown (Tiffany) and Ashleigh Gillette (Matt); and his sister Janet Sue Sexton. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
