He was predeceased by: his parents, John K. Ramsey and Hazel Wiseman Ramsey; and his sister Virginia Wells of Lexington, KY.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Donahue Ramsey; his daughters, Noelle Page Ramsey of Paris, KY and Susannah Rose (Robert); his grandchildren, Blake Mischelle Rose and Tanner Christian Rose; his brother George Ramsey (Kathy) of Winchester, KY; and his stepson Steven Richardson.
