He is survived by: his great grandchild Buddy; his wife Barbara; his children, Jennifer Shearer (Steve) and Keith Hardiman (Donna); his siblings, Larry Hardiman (Diane), Pat Hardiman (Ann) and Faye Tanner; and his grandchildren, Emily Stewart (Shane), Steven Shearer (Emily), Zach Hardiman (Ashley), Sam Shearer (Jordan), Rachel Barrett (Chris) and Elizabeth Hardiman.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christview Christian Church (3133 Boonesboro Rd, Winchester, KY 40391). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
