He is survived by: his wife Leora Holbrook Perkins; his children, Joey Perkins (Karen), Jeff Perkins (Lisa) and Estill Ray Perkins (Alicia); his grandchildren, Kaci Roland (Ricky), Chelsea Haggard (Kyle), Stephen Perkins (Cathy Foster), Krystyn Perkins (Blake Griffith), Ashley Banks (Eric) and Mason Perkins (Courtney); and his great grandchildren, Clayton Roland, Landon Perkins, Laci Perkins, Madison Perkins, Isiah Perkins, River Banks and Heaven Perkins. He is also survived by several extended family members and friends.
