With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of JoAnn Meade of Winchester, Kentucky, born in Lexington, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 1, 2024 at the age of 70. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lowery and Grace Lowery; and her siblings, Walter, Danny, Jimmy, Ronnie Lowery, Norma Graham and Deanna Gordon.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Meade; her children, Timothy Meade, Billy Meade, Tammy Hendricks and Bobbie Marshall; and her siblings, David Lowery (Tammy), Freddie Lowery and Lynn Day (Tommy). She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
