He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Rigsby and Bernadine Priest Rigsby; and his brothers-in-law, Allan Ross and Bill Chism. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Vires Rigsby; his daughter Abby Miller (Michael); his siblings, Libby Ross, Betty Chism and Troy Ross (Dave Dupin); and his granddaughter Savannah Rigsby. He is also survived by two great grandchildren, several extended family members and friends.
