He is survived by: his wife Cathy Walker Morguson; his daughters, Lee Ann Smith (David) of Harrodsburg, KY, Ginetta Grizzell-Justice (Clint) of Berea, KY and Amanda Hodges (Carl) of Hamilton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Thomas Ballard (Olivia), Jessica Smith, Zachary Ward (Allison), Andrew James Ward, Samantha Waldbillig (Gerard), Danielle Padgett and Matthew Hodges; and his sisters, Ann Bennett and Linda Estes. He is also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
