He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fields and Ella Flinchum Fields. He is survived by: his wife Kay Townsend Fields; his stepchildren, Wayne Stamper, Stacey Stokley and Emily Stamper; his siblings, Janice Fields and Larry Fields; and his sister-in-law Crystal Fields. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
