It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremy Smith (Winchester, Kentucky), born in Frankfort, Kentucky, who passed away on October 28, 2019, at the age of 32, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Jackie Lee Smith, Sr.; and his grandparents, Harold and Virginia Campbell. He is survived by: his mother Darlene Campbell Smith of Lawrenceburg; his brother Jackie Lee Smith, Jr. (Ashley); his stepsiblings, Shane Smith (Felicia) and Jennifer Smith; and his aunts and uncles, Tommy (Andrea), Wesley Campbell (Teresa), Mike Smith (Ron) of Lexington, Kay Spies (Don) and Susie Dempsey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
