He is survived by: his wife Angela Pearl Hall Hack; his son Ethan Hack; his siblings, Jennifer Cottier (Richard), Mary Ann Taylor (Patrick), Mary Kay Schade and Glenn Hack (Micah); his sisters-in-law, Candace Brunk, Gail Hall and Crystal Lee (Shane); and his parents-in-law, Mamie Hall and Carl Hall (Maryann). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
